To obtain feedbacks from PhD students who participated in blended mobility programs, with the aim to discuss their experiences with mobility and their suggestions on how mobility programs for young researchers should be organized to leverage collaboration among researchers from different countries first round table discussion on mobility perspectives for researchers will take place after blended mobility run for PhD students and mutual assessment of research stay. This round table discussion will be held in Ukraine and involve selected PhD students from Serbia and Ukraine. This round table discussion will also be attended by one representative from each EU hosting institution and POLIMI who will present mutual evaluation results for discussion.
