The main event started on September 18th, at 09:00 a.m. at the NaUKMA historical and Museum Center. The participants represented Germany, Denmark, Italia, Serbia and Ukraine. The first speaker was Univ.-Prof. Dr. Thorsten Blecker Hamburg University of Technology Institute of Business Logistics and General Management. He started with a short country overview of Serbia and Ukraine in aspects of science, technological development and innovation activity. Visited University of Novi Sad within the preventive monitoring visit to MILETUS project

The representatives of Serbian Erasmus Plus Office, Ms. Ivana Živadinović and Mr. Nemanja Dragićević, visited University of Novi Sad within the preventive monitoring visit to MILETUS project. The meeting was held on 27th June 2017 in the Central University Building in Novi Sad. Representatives of University of Novi Sad, University of Niš, Singidunum University and Top Class attended the meeting. Representative of the Serbian Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development was absent. The NEO representatives and project partners were welcomed by UNS team leader Prof. Dr Goran Stojanović. Afterwards, Mr. Nemanja Dragićević welcomed the assembly and presented National Erasmus + Office team and its expectations. The first meeting of the project partners

Events
The meeting focuses on the definition of the main project activities and planning of their achievement. The members of the project are introduced to each other and responsibilities of each partner with regard to planned activities are discussed. This activity coincides with the first SC meeting (DEV 7.6) and financial and administrative seminar on Erasmus+ regulation (DEV 5.8.1). This meeting was led and hosted by the project coordinator, TUHH.
