Assumptions:
- The project partner will devote the necessary time for the info days.
- Relevant information will be frequently conveyed to the WP leader.

DESCRIPTION:
The dissemination WP will extend over the entire project’s lifetime and will deal with spreading project results among the project’s partners and all potentially interested organizations and persons after creating a MILETUS identity. All means and channels of distribution will be mobilized to provide for efficient dissemination. Modern dissemination channels will be utilized to the benefit of the project, including but not limited to a Facebook page, Twitter account for dissemination and discussion of project-related issues in informal settings, video channel of the project for publishing videos recorded at meetings, workshops, presentations etc. dedicated to the project. All these accounts will use various tags (EU, Erasmus, Erasmus+, those containing the titles of project partners) to contribute to more efficient dissemination and easier access to project materials as a result of search queries. After the kick-off workshop a work on creation of the project website will be started that will be updated during the entire lifetime of the project. Just as soon designing and printing of information materials showcasing the project’s objectives, its consortium, and milestones will take place. It will ensure availability of distribution materials to all project participants and consequently to all interested parties somehow affiliated with them. Sending of project newsletters will span the entire project lifetime and will be done via email. Moreover, the same files will be uploaded to be accessible from the official website. Corresponding notification will be made through other channels (Facebook, Twitter) with a direct download link.
All project participants from Ukraine and Serbia will disseminate in the first two years of the project-related information among potential employers representing their companies at annual job fairs held on the premises of HEIs in Ukraine and Serbia. In the final project’s year a info day highlighting the results of the project (experiences and competences gained by the students who have participated in students’ mobility runs) will be made to which representatives of companies participating in annual job fairs will be invited. Students who have taken part in the project will be encouraged to attend the venue to answer possible questions and share their experiences as well as potentially speak with the representatives of companies discussing possible employment opportunities after graduation.
Moreover, similar information will be distributed through career centers of HEIs to cover the widest possible group of employers. The WP focuses as well on sustainability, which aims to maintain the project results beyond MILETUS lifetime. This includes, in addition to sustainability plans, agreements that facilitate future mobility runs. On the one hand an agreement on rectorate’s level should allow for thesis submission in other than local languages (e.g. English). On the other hand, on faculty-level mobility agreements should be signed to facilitate future exchanges.
The steering committee members of the partner universities are committed to elaborate plans to sustain all specific objectives of the project: the research methodology courses, innovation labs, and offices of research exploitation and marketing. During the third year project workshop, sustainability plans are discussed and concrete measures are elaborated. The partner universities begin with installing their plans during the third year. For instance, if there is a need for a sponsor, PC should look for sponsors during the project lifetime. By mid of third year, every partner university elaborates an interim report showing current progress. WP leader consolidates, analyzes the progress of implementation, and then submits a detailed interim report to project management. In this regard, problems may call for an extraordinary virtual meeting. A final report on implemented sustainability measures is due by the end of the project. The final workshop will serve to recapitulate the sustainability plans, main achievements and future activities.
