Due to the different functions identified in WP1 (in particular, within DEVs 1.2.1, 1.2.3 and 1.5), the existing International Relations Offices were upgraded by the HEIs from Ukraine and Serbia with the support of EU partners for consulting and intermediary function in future students’ mobility initiatives. In order to define the current functions of the International Relations Offices at the partner HEIs, the in-depth analysis with following recommendations was carried out by NaUKMA.
