The partner HEIs defined selection criteria for the selection of teaching and administrative staffs from Ukraine and Serbia. The administrative staffs, represented by the employees of International Relations Offices or Dean’s offices, already selected and responsible for the students’ mobility initiatives and internationalization at partner HEIs were also involved in the procedure of the teaching staff selection to encompass all areas of the students’ mobility arrangement process.
