To equip all the HEIs with facilities for the virtual mobility runs, it was necessary to procure equipment; where NaUKMA took responsibility for organising the acquisition for Ukrainian HEIs, UNS took over responsibility for Serbian HEIs. In order to make the purchasing process transparent and to ensure compliance with national and institutional requirements, two joint tendering procedures (simultaneously in Ukraine and Serbia) were organised and carried out. Registration of the MILETUS project at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine was a prerequisite for the organizing of a tender and implementation of the equipment purchase in Ukraine.
