A document describing the quality plan of the project has been developed. The quality plan includes the objective and approach to quality assurance, along with the description of the overall methodology for quality assessment and quality control. The document delineates also the roles and the responsibilities for quality management within the consortium.
Moreover, a detailed Quality Evaluation Document has been defined, in which project partners can find, for each element to be assessed, the aim and criteria used, the target respondent and the questionnaire. The Quality plan can be found here.
