The call for applications for the blended mobility run was announced in November 2018. The preselection of PhD students was carried out using the same two-level selection procedure as for Masters students, whereby personal motivation and the possibility of assigning one of another host university was identified at the preselection stage based on the PhD students’ research proposals.
In the final selection stage, the sending (home) universities, together with the host universities, reviewed the applicants’ compliance with formal criteria and conducted personal interviews to assess the level of motivation, competence and English proficiency of the applicants.
