The financial and administrative seminar on Erasmus+ regulations was held during the kick-off meeting on 02 February 2017 in Hamburg, based on the manual on financial and administrative regulations developed under DEV 7.1.2. This seminar was led by the project coordinator and was of a great importance to ensure the proper implementation of the project throughout its life span. The representatives of the project partners were acquainted with the Erasmus+ regulations. All financial and administrative issues concerning the transfer of the grant, the use of the grant, reporting forms and terms, financial management and audit, etc. were discussed in the consortium. In addition, the project coordinator intends to hold the additional financial seminars at each Steering committee meeting in order to ensure understanding of the Erasmus+ regulations and to maintain the high quality of project reporting.
