DEV 7.3.1 Financial and Administrative Management and Coordination

The financial and project management as well as the coordination of the project tasks between the project partners as a continuous process is taken over by the project coordinator during the entire project duration. The coordination tasks include, among others:

  • the follow up of the budget;
  • the collection of administrative and financial documents;
  • the elaboration of the documents necessary for the purchase of the equipment;
  • the support in the registration of the project by the relevant authorities (required in Ukraine);
  • the elaboration of the audit agreement;
  • quarterly management reports to monitor the project implementation and evaluate project outcomes.
