The EU partners each prepared a lecture covering the necessary preparatory coaching for students before the mobility run in order to make them more aware of cultural diversity, international communication, personal time management, team work etc., as noted in the WP1 analysis results.
TOPCL contributed to this task by preparing language courses and producing videos in related areas (intercultural communication, tackling language barriers etc.) to help students effectively improve their academic English language skills.
The online course of internationalisation included the following lectures:
- Cultural diversity and integration;
- Intercultural Communication in European Academic Projects: Roles, Responsibilities and Authority;
- Time management;
- How to improve academic English skills and effectively fight cultural barriers in multinational teams.
