DEV 4.2.4 Concluding Administrative Staff Meeting

To harmonize and optimize administrative procedures typical for mobility runs at HEIs, the concluding administrative staff meeting will take place after the completion of all mobility runs since administrative staffs are involved in guidance of all mobility formats, so their feedback should be considered after their active engagement. Insights and outcomes of this meeting will contribute to verification and improvement of methodology for students’ mobility programs and development of sustainability plan for SMOs or upgraded IROs.
