These meetings are decided to be held twice a year during the entire project lifetime, coinciding with the respective project meetings under the leadership of the project coordinator. The bi-annual Steering Committee meetings are intended to discuss project management tasks, project responsibilities and the current status of the project in order to ensure a proper workflow throughout the entire duration of the project. The Steering Committee members and the project coordinator are responsible for managing the project in accordance with the Consortium agreement.
