The financial and project management as well as the coordination of the project tasks between the project partners as a continuous process is taken over by the project coordinator during the entire project duration. The coordination tasks include, among others:
- the follow up of the budget;
- the collection of administrative and financial documents;
- the elaboration of the documents necessary for the purchase of the equipment;
- the support in the registration of the project by the relevant authorities (required in Ukraine);
- the elaboration of the audit agreement;
- quarterly management reports to monitor the project implementation and evaluate project outcomes.
