The project coordinator was responsible for developing a manual for financial and administrative management to ensure the proper implementation of the project throughout its life span. The manual containing a description of the contractual obligations was needed for practical implementation in overall and local management by the project partners. The manual was elaborated, presented to the project partners during the kick-off meeting in February 2017 and subsequently forwarded to all project partners for use.
